Zinc Nickel Coating with PTFE Topcoat

This specialty Zinc-Nickel plating process was perfected by Tri-Star to meet the high corrosion resistant expectation of our demanding customers.

We have succesfully achieved 4500 hrs of salt-fog-spray test with Zinc-Nickel plate top coated with PTFE.

This system is good alternative to the cadmium based MASTERCOTE.
